What is Coaching?**************************************************

Coaching is an interactive process that helps individuals move past their present level of success to where they want to be in their personal and professional lives. By clearly defining themselves, individuals in the coaching process free their creativity, find clarity in their goals and map out a plan to achieve them.

The relationship between client and coach is designed to help empower the client to make positive choices that can expedite the achievement of defined goals. The coach is a proactive partner in this relationship who guides the client forward in the planning and implementation of the individuals plan for excellence.

Support, structure and focus are provided to to assist individuals in identifying, clarifying and achieving their personal goals and aspirations. With the support of a coach, individuals can and DO come up with creative solutions and and new pathways to design the life they truly desire.

How does coaching work?********************************************

Coaching sessions are conducted over the phone. As the client, you set the agenda for each one-on-one coaching session. We will work together to address the issues and concerns that are most important to you. Come prepared to answer questions that you’ve been avoiding and find answers you have been looking for!

After each session you will walk away with greater clarity, direction and focus. Inner work and action steps are offered to continue your progress between sessions.
Because each session is action driven, you will see results after your first meeting.

Please think of coaching as a process. Many people create change for themselves in a short time, but to refine and sustain the changes takes several months, which is why you should expect to commit to a minimum of three to six months of coaching.
